The ground color is a pretty cream for both the valance and tier curtain pair.  Not lined to brighten up your kitchen with filtered natural light.

1-1/2 inch rod pocket, 1-1/2′ header for valance and tier curtain pair.  The ruffle on valance is six inches which is also included in the 52 x 12 measurement.
