The Mateo Stripe Black Double Scallop Valance features a bottom textured layer in a small scale fabric design of burgundy and gold, the perfect coordinate for the Mateo Stripe Black top layer in black, burgundy, gold, and green stripes.  Gold gimp cording is included along the bottom edge of the top layer. Both layers are fully lined with high-quality Ivory lining material. The valance also includes a three-inch rod pocket for a 2 ½-inch continental rod .
