Hydrangea is a gorgeous medium-scale pattern design in blue with a hint of yellow on white ground. Made in the USA of 100% Cotton 7-ounce duck cloth. The Tailored Valance features a 3-inch rod pocket and a 2-inch header. Use a 2-1/2″ flat continental rod or up to 1-1/2 inch diameter decorative rod.
