Five sewn in tucks making four soft pleats for creating four lovely scoops that add shape and movement to the adorable Fiona Balloon Valance.  Measuring 60 inches wide by 18 inches long has a 1-3/4 inch rod pocket and a 1-1/2 inch header, making it easy to install in just minutes.  Use a one inch standard plastic or metal curtain rod, or decorative rod not exceeding 5/8 inch diameter.  Made of easy care 100% Polyester.
