This is a 100 percent seven-ounce cotton duck valance (dry clean recommended). It’s made in the U.S. by Ellis Curtains and features a scalloped bottom edge. Measuring 70 inches by 15 inches, it includes a two-inch header and a three-inch rod pocket.
