The Duchess Insert Valance measures 52" wide and 16" long, has a 3" rod pocket and 2" header. Bottom edge is beautifully scalloped and rope corded. Fully lined. Use it with a Duchess Valance or stands alone on its own. Use a 2 1/2" continental rods for hanging. Face is 100% Polyester. |
